Our Organic White Rice Poha (Flattened Rice) is sourced from the local tribes of Durg, Chhattisgarh.

The white rice is first cleaned, par-boiled, pounded to remove the husk and impurities, and then dried. In this process, slight fermentation may occur which helps make Poha beneficial for the gut!

Our White Rice Poha goes through minimal processing, keeping the nutrition intact. This means it's rich in Fiber, Vitamin B and multiple essential minerals like calcium, zinc, iron, manganese & magnesium.
