Arbi (Colocassia )
Arbi is rich in Vitamins A, B6 and C, iron, calcium, magnesium, dietary fibre, beta carotene, riboflavin, thiamin and folate. This root vegetable has very little fat and cholesterol, which prevents your arteries from hardening, keeping your heart healthy and young. Arbi is not recommended very frequently, but definitely comprises a part of a heart-healthy diet. Arbi has higher calories than the humble potato, but its myriad health benefits mean that you should be consuming it boiled or steamed
