It doesn't need to be pre-soaked - making them a great addition to the lifestyle of those who are always on the go. The lentils are loaded with protein and multiple essential minerals and vitamins that make for a healthy diet. You can use these legumes in salads, soups and curries. We source our dal from Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, where it is cultivated by a group of farmers who've worked really hard over the last decade to convert infertile, ravine land into an organic oasis :)
