Our Organic Red Rice Poha (Flattened Rice) is sourced from the local tribes of Nadia, West Bengal.

The Red Rice is first cleaned, par-boiled, pounded to remove the husk and impurities, and then dried. In this process, slight fermentation may occur which helps make Poha beneficial for the gut!

Our Red Rice Poha (Flattened Rice) goes through minimal processing, keeping the bran layer and nutrition intact. This means it's rich in Fiber, Vitamin B and multiple essential minerals like calcium, zinc, iron, manganese & magnesium.
