Eucalyptus Flower Wild Forest Honey (500g)

Our Eucalyptus honey is sourced from Palini Hills, that run along the west coast of India in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. In the months of October & November, amidst the lush greens, bloom the only floral source - the Eucalyptus Flower, from which our Honey is produced. It's only in these two months, when the bees get to dance around and collect the nectar from the Eucalyptus! The honey has a melodic floral essence and a mildly sweet flavour with a slight after taste. Enjoy this in your breakfast bowls, salads, toast or just by itself!
