Christmas Fruit & Nut Cake by Poornatva (575g)

Our Christmas cake is moistened with orange juice and filled with orange juice soaked fruits, nuts, seeds and candied peel. It is made with raw sugar only and 50% whole wheat flour. It is rich and yet very light without the use of any preservatives and excess sugar.
