1. Eat them – with every part of your face
2. Turn them into mango lassi
Beat the heat, deliciously. Simply pulse mango pieces with ice, sugar and yoghurt in a
blender to required consistency and let your tastebuds faint with joy.

3. Ice Ice Mango Baby
Make Mango ice pops. Just puree mango pieces, pour into ice cube trays or popsicle
moulds and freeze. The toughest part? Stopping yourself from eating the mango puree.
Wannabe Masterchef Tip: No, seriously, these are too good. Just eat them already!
4. Mango Iced Tea
Just when you thought mangoes couldn’t get any cooler, we found iced teas.
Puree mango pieces and strain the juice out, brew strong black tea, mix the two and
chill in the refrigerator. After an hour, add honey to balance the tartness of the tea and drink up!
Wannabe Masterchef tip: This can also be made into a cocktail. Alternatively,
you can add some other juices or mint leaves for a layered taste.
5. Mango Mousse
For a sweet finish, blend mango chunks with coconut milk, and honey if needed,
to a thick consistency. Ladle into glasses and chill till semi-solid.
Wannabe Masterchef tip: Whip slightly and chill again.
