Green Smoothie Recipe

Kickstart your week with this energising, healthy, Green Smoothie chock full of with fresh veggies, cool mint, and spicy ginger.

Ingredients:

100 gm Cucumber

200 gm Spinach

100 gm Kale

50 gm Celery

50 gm Mint

1 Kinnow

50 gm Broccoli (optional)

1 inch of Ginger (optional)

Method:

Blend all ingredients.

Strain if you’re not fond of pulp. But remember, the more the pulp, the healthier it is!
